One can definitely see a raise of people producing their own material it will take a while to overturn the material provided by big co operations into a majority of individual based material provided by the everyday people for the everyday person.

I think there are good and bad points to being able to become famous through myspace, youtube etc. For example, bands such as arctic monkeys had a chance to become famous by themselves (at least to a certain extent). Do you think of it as a good or bad thing?
ReplyDeletei guess its good to say through hard work and prepiration lol you have achieved soemthing rather than relying on other people to do your hard work for you, but the way in which the music industry is going its who can make the most money the quickest so easier ways of promoting and distributing material seems fit to this.
